Design Appointment Preparation Guidelines
At your appointment, you will have the opportunity to make personal selections for your new home. In order to make the most of your time, you will want to come prepared with ideas of what décor style you like (i.e. traditional, country, eclectic, romantic, classic, regal, etc.), and how you envision your new home. Be sure to bring samples of your furniture fabric, wallpaper, photos and magazine ideas to better help us identify your personal style.

Please note, any changes to your home after these selections have been made will result in a service charge of $250 per change in addition to the cost of the requested change. Design Center changes that exceed $10,000 will require a 20% deposit of the total purchased options.
