As you know, purchasing a new home involves many decisions. You are approaching one of the most exciting stages in creating your new dream home. Your design center consultants are anxiously awaiting your visit to our new Charlotte Design Center. This incredible stage in the home building process will give you the opportunity to personalize your new home to specifically suit you and your family.
After your contract has been accepted and processed, you will be contacted by one of your design consultants to schedule an appointment. The Charlotte Design Center is open by appointment only. At the time of your appointment, you will make your color selections.
Please view our Design Appointment Preparation Guidelines. This worksheet must be used in preparation for your appointment. Please bring any color samples, furniture fabric swatches, and pictures of your furniture so that our time together is productive. In addition, we encourage you to look at some of the homes in your neighborhood and our models for the best indication of how different finishes will look on your new home.
