The D.R. Horton Warranty

In case of a Warranty Emergency, please refer to the Emergency Vendor Contact List.

The following requires Emergency Warranty Service:
1. Total loss of heat
2. Total loss of electricity/water
3. Plumbing leak that REQUIRES the entire water supply to be shut off

Emergency Warranty Requests are completed during normal business hours Mon-Fri from
8 am - 5 pm. For after hours emergencies, please PAGE us at 704.371.2095

How to Submit a Warranty Request via Website:
1. Click on the "Submit A Warranty Request" link on the left.
2. Enter the requested information
3. Click “submit” and you will be contacted within 24 hours

How to Submit a Warranty Request via Mail:
1. Fill out the Warranty Request Form, which can be found in your Foundations Manual
2. Mail it to:
